If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before it is dispatched to avoid a courier charge even if the product is sold with FREE shipping (we would have paid the courier to deliver).
Goods that have been received damaged, should ideally be refused at the point of delivery and you should call us to arrange replacement. Goods where damage is noticed when opened (must be within the first 24 hours of delivery) are collected and replaced without incurring any charge. We must be alerted to this as soon as possible with images if possible as this is the only way we can prove to the carrier they were damaged in transit.
Should you wish to return non-faulty goods, please advise us within 48 hours of receipt to avoid a restocking charge which comes into effect 7 days after delivery.
We can arrange courier collections for all large product as we get a cheaper price from our contract courier. Goods are supplied from numerous outlets throughout the UK so please check with us before you attempt to return a product and we can confirm the correct address to return it to. The goods MUST be in a re-saleable condition. (i.e unused, unmarked and in original unmarked packaging). It is the responsibility of the customer to pack the item to ensure it has been reasonably protected for transit. Once the product has been received back, checked for damage and deemed fit for resale at full retail price, we can raise a credit and process a full refund less the cost of return. This is applicable to orders sent on our free delivery promotion.
IMPORTANT: Some of our suppliers impose a restocking fee when goods are returned due to change of mind and not due to damage or fault.
Please also note if the courier tries to deliver to you and leaves a card and you don't re-arrange delivery within 3 days, your goods will be returned to our warehouse and the cost of redelivery is the customer's responsibility.
